Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment Agreement: By enrolling in a DimensionIAS program, the student unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Fee Structure: Program fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to program commencement.

3. Proprietary Materials: All course materials, intellectual property, and content provided by DimensionIAS are exclusive to the Institute and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written consent.

4. Attendance Policy: Regular and punctual attendance is essential for optimal program engagement. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any violation of this code may result in program termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: DimensionIAS retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the program, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

7. Disclaimer: DimensionIAS cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results for individual students. Program success is contingent upon various factors including individual effort and dedication.

8. Terms Modification: DimensionIAS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Students will be notified of any changes in advance.

9. Program Termination: DimensionIAS may terminate a student’s enrollment at any time, with or without cause, and without incurring any liability or obligation for refund.
