Dimension IAS maintains a strict no-refund policy for all courses, classes, and materials. Once a student enrolls in any program offered by Dimension IAS, the fees paid are non-refundable.

Course Change: In exceptional circumstances, Dimension IAS may permit a student to change courses. However, this is subject to the sole discretion of Dimension IAS and is not guaranteed. If approved, an administrative charge of at least 25% of the total payment will be deducted. The remaining amount will be retained as credit for future Dimension IAS courses and cannot be transferred to another student.

Extra Payment Refund: If Dimension IAS receives an overpayment for a course, it will process a refund within 15 days of verifying the claim. Refund options include direct bank transfer (NEFT), in-person cheque collection from a Dimension IAS office, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. Dimension IAS is not liable for any delays or errors caused by the bank or the student. Students should address bank-related issues directly with their bank. Dimension IAS will assist as needed.
